Employed as an IT support trainee at IT-Service, University of Southern Denmark. Handled tier 1/2 user support for students and staff, and contributed to the “Digital Exam” project at the Faculty of Science. Completed the education with top marks.

Volunteer engagement in the Danish Red Cross Odense paramedic service, including a period with management responsibility for operations. Responsible for recruiting volunteers, planning courses, and securing first-aid assignments at local events and festivals.

Completed mandatory service at the Danish Emergency Management Agency in Thisted. Progressed through four training modules (aspirant → assistant → rescue technician → rescue specialist), certifying in firefighting, CBRNE, rope rescue, urban search and rescue (USAR), and advanced first aid. Active duty rotation from week 4.

Served as a naval constable in the Royal Danish Navy, stationed in Frederikshavn. Completed Navy Basic Training at the Center for Sergeant and Maritime Education, followed by KI-TAC functional training at the Navy’s Center for Tactics.

Transferred from the Navy to the Army’s Telegraph Regiment (2nd CIS Battalion) as an IT private. Responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining communications and IT equipment in the field, and training colleagues. Service ended with discharge ahead of police academy entrance exams.

Completed the Danish Police’s foundational training, combining academy coursework with a field placement in a police district. Graduated with a diploma in July 2019.

Permanent police officer with patrol duty, emergency dispatch (112) shifts, and secretariat tasks. Co-founded the “Joint Response Team” (FUT) pilot project for vulnerable citizens with mental health needs — a cross-district collaboration spanning four police districts, covering around 20% of all callouts to that target group. Also served as a mentor for two police trainees.

Started a professional bachelor’s degree in IT security on a credit-transfer track, skipping a full year based on prior experience. Discontinued the degree when offered a permanent position at Energinet.

Student assistant in the IT security function at Fjernvarme Fyn. Produced risk and vulnerability analyses (ROS) and IT contingency plans, and prepared the company for audits by the Danish Energy Agency. Drafted and secured approval for the sector’s first drone no-fly zone for critical infrastructure.

Responsible for IT emergency preparedness within Energinet’s Corporate IT function. Ensured compliance with sector legislation and NIS2 requirements for critical infrastructure, coordinated across IT, risk management and emergency preparedness, and ran disaster recovery exercises.

Developed and coordinated Fjernvarme Fyn’s overall emergency preparedness as a critical infrastructure operator. Ran risk and vulnerability analyses and exercises, produced business continuity materials, and managed authority liaison.

Emergency planning and crisis management for Beredskab Fyn and its nine owner municipalities. Implemented the C3/F24 crisis management system, established a cross-municipal preparedness forum from the ground up, facilitated workshops and exercises, and built internal training for municipal liaison officers.

Serves as a resource person for the Disaster and Risk Management program’s crisis management exercises, roughly three times a year over two-day sessions. Puts students through scenarios alongside police, fire services, municipalities and the Emergency Management Agency.

Completed a 10-ECTS academy module in project management at UCL, formalizing the project management experience built up through emergency management work.

Established TJ Resiliens ApS as a formal framework for consulting assignments and knowledge-sharing in emergency management. Offers emergency planning, risk and vulnerability analysis, exercise design, and crisis management advisory as a side activity alongside full-time work.
