Emergency Management & Business Continuity | Compliance & Governance | Leadership & Collaboration | IT Security

With 12 years of experience in critical societal organizations, I have moved from operational emergency response to strategic planning, crisis management and cross-organizational coordination. From conscript service and police work, through IT security in critical infrastructure, to emergency planning across nine municipalities — the common thread has been an ability to create overview, bring actors together across organizations, and turn that into resilient solutions when it matters.

My single greatest strength as a project manager is my social competencies and my ability to manage stakeholders: getting authorities, leadership and subject-matter experts pulling in the same direction, even under complexity or time pressure.
